Liz Moreno worked for Life Care Centers of America, Hallmark Nursing Center’s parent company, for 12 years. She was a unit secretary at Hallmark when she was diagnosed, and it was a hallway on her unit that was renamed in her honor. She had served Hallmark for more than seven years.
